Me and my wife had a unfinished basement and we wanted it completed. We contacted many different companies, but ended up going with Top Tier Reno. This is our 2nd house where we had to hire to finish a basement, and I must say working with these guys was night and day compared to our last contractors we hired in the past. Well our 3 year old son decided to plug the bathtub and ended up turning the water on and doing some pretty heavy water damage to our basement. I phoned my friend and they recommended Top tier, as they had flooding in their basement in the past and Top tier helped them out.
